Meet the Founder

I'm Gauri - a regulatory affairs and strategy professional with experience across pharmaceutical companies, regulatory institutions, consulting environments, and innovation ecosystems.

My work focuses on helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments, evaluate emerging technologies, and make structured strategic decisions in regulated industries.

My background includes experience across the European regulatory ecosystem and roles within global organizations including Deloitte, Thomson Reuters, and Apple, as well as collaboration with regulatory and public health initiatives connected to the European Medicines Agency and the World Health Organization.

Alongside advisory work, I have also participated in venture ecosystems supporting the evaluation of early-stage companies through networks including Deep Tech Capital Partners and Alma Angels.

In addition to regulatory and strategic advisory work, I also support professionals navigating demanding environments through coaching focused on clarity, decision-making, and sustainable performance.

I am based in Amsterdam and work internationally.
